Shipping, exchanges and returns

- We are proud to have customers all across the globe. We ship with Postnord (the largest courier in Scandinavia) and FedEx.

- Shipping costs to your destination will be shown in the beginning of the checkout process. General free shipping levels - Within Sweden: approx 100 €, withing the nordics: approx 175 €, within EU and the rest of the world: approx 300 €. We recommend to choose FedEx shipping outside of the EU for fast and reliable shipping for which there will be an additional cost, stated in checkout.

- A tracking code will be supplied in the confirmation email that you will receive once your order is dispatched. If you have chosen shipping with Postnord, you can track your order here: https://www.postnord.se/ If you have chosen FedEx, FedEx will keep you updated through email or sms directly.


- After you have received the order we offer a 14 day exchange/return period.

- If you are not happy with the order and want to exchange or return something, start by sending us an email at [email protected]. Write your order number and ”exchange/return” as topic. Then add what you want to exchange or return. To be eligible for a return the product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you reveived it, including tags etc that the product came with.

- Your exchange/return will be inspected upon arrival, after which the exchange product will be sent or the monetary refund will be made, within 30 days. If we for some reason cant offer you a refund (the products condition is not as stated earlier) or need to deduct costs of the kind stated below, we will inform you.


- The cost of exchanging or returning a product (including shipping, and in certain cases taxes, duties, handling fees and other import costs added by the courier or authorities) is not covered by Granqvist unless we have stated otherwise. For those of you returning from outside of the EU, please mark ‘Returned Goods’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and ensure ‘Returned Goods’ is selected on any customs declaration forms. We recommend to ship with FedEX or similar and that you as a customer pay the duties etc (if not, Granqvist will deduct those costs if they are being brought on to us)
